URGENT: Clear your browser history!
Infinite Campus applied mandatory new releases on December 18. If you're receiving errors, you must clear your browser history by following these steps:
(1) Log off of Infinite Campus, and then press and hold down the Ctrl-Shift-Delete keys while in Chrome or Firefox.
(2) Select Browsing History, Cookies, and Cache.
(3) For Time Range, select "All Time" or "Everything," and click Clear.
(4) After clearing your browser history, log back into Infinite Campus.
If you still get an error after following the above steps, you will need to submit a help desk ticket.

If you do not have a portal account or if you do not remember your user name, click DCSD Portal Account Activation to get your new account activation code. You can use the same link to look up your user name. If you would like to install the Portal App, please click on Campus Portal App setup. If you need assistance, contact your local school and ask for the Portal Security Officer.
